The Roxbury Union Congregational Church, United Church of Christ, is the only remaining church in Roxbury, VT. It is an integral part of the local community.

Sunday Service

Sunday service (in-person with singing!) is at 11:00AM. Masks are required, as is social distancing. All our regular members have been fully vaccinated. We are not serving coffee or food after worship in order to maintain the integrity of masking.

The Church in the Community

The church has a Sunday service, a video group, a monthly hymn sing*, community pot-luck supper*, and is home to the Roxbury Food Shelf, providing food to townspeople in need. *Some activities are on hold due to COVID-19.

Roxbury Food Shelf (Limited Hours)
Providing sustenance for those people in need in the town of Roxbury VT.
Located in the lower church. Entrance is on the side facing the Roxbury Free Library.
Wednesdays: 12:00pm-1:30pm

Video Group
Our video group continues to meet on the first and third Wednesdays of the month, in the lower church. At this time, we are asking that attendees wear masks. Please contact Rich Smith if you have recommendations for movies and/or documentaries.


Pot Luck Dinner and Hymn Sing
Third Thursday of every month at 6pm in the lower church.
